Sometimes life circumstances can make it hard for us to see beyond difficult situations. Using compassion and evidence-based approaches, Ashley seeks to help individuals identify tools that will help in navigating through those difficult times.
Ashley's experience has led her to work with clients from various walks of life. Ashley sees a range of clients from young adults, newly married couples and individuals with basic needs to government officials and professional sports players. Ashley was recently featured as a therapist on the TLC Show: My 600-lb Life.
Ashley is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and she holds a Masters of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Langston University. She is nationally certified as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and is also a Trained Facilitator of PREPARE/ENRICH, a premarital and marriage assessment.
Ashley has also had experience and extensive training in helping individuals navigate trauma. Ashley is a member of the International Association of Trauma Professionals (IATP).
